• Completed first two 15 mile runs of the year (neither run was particularly pretty; adding no more distance ’til April)
  • Started new nutrition plan – more calories, more fruit – and a juicer too!
  • Surpassed 200 miles YTD – already doubling monthly mileage from January (with 2 weeks left!)
